The Best Mashed Potato's In The World

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs. Red Potatoes
  • 10 pieces bacon
  • 3 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 lb. container of sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter (salted)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or three cheese)

Directions:

  • Boil Potatoes
  • Fry bacon. Put grease in a cup. Put bacon in the freezer to cool off.
  • mash potatoes
  • addd garlic salt, pepper, chives, and bacon grease to potatoes
  • stir up/mash more
  • melt butter
  • add sour cream and butter to potatoes
  • stir up/mash more. Use hand mixer
  • Take bacon out of freezer. Crumble up and add to potatoes
  • add 2 cups shredded cheese
  • mix more.
  • Put in fridge overnight. They taste so much better the next day!
VOILA!!
