- 5 lbs. Red Potatoes
- 10 pieces bacon
- 3 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. chopped chives
- 1 lb. container of sour cream
- 1 stick of butter (salted)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or three cheese)
Directions:
- Boil Potatoes
- Fry bacon. Put grease in a cup. Put bacon in the freezer to cool off.
- mash potatoes
- addd garlic salt, pepper, chives, and bacon grease to potatoes
- stir up/mash more
- melt butter
- add sour cream and butter to potatoes
- stir up/mash more. Use hand mixer
- Take bacon out of freezer. Crumble up and add to potatoes
- add 2 cups shredded cheese
- mix more.
- Put in fridge overnight. They taste so much better the next day!
